Roosevelt Lake Apache Junction - Ink fusion art by JimRode

The Art
If you drive the Apache Trail from Mesa to Phoenix...driving counter clockwise is best, (in my opinion), you will find Roosevelt Lake with a view from the rim above. If you are lucky while driving the trail, you'll catch a desert rain visible in the canyon. The cactus will bloom, opening blossoms for the bees and birds. You may see an occasional car or pickup truck.
Art Details
20x24 inch ink fusion on a sheet of aluminum by Jim Rode.
Archival inks are applied to a mylar before layered onto a buffed sheet of aluminum. The artist's rendition is then burned at 400º to fuse the image to the aluminum. A wall hanger is attached to the rear so that the piece can be displayed in the office or your home collection quickly. Jim Rode will sign the work unless you request the signature on the back of the aluminum.
