The Art
Once, crops where planted and cattle grazed squeezing out a living wage. Now, power companies plant the seeds of investment for ranchers and farmers. Their wind turbines let the wind spin their blades. The electricity generated is sold. A bit of the profit goes to the owner of the land. Win-Win!
Art Details
This art is very close to where I captured Dragonfly on the Levee. Valley Field is an ink fusion 20x30 in size.
Archival inks are applied to a mylar before layered onto a buffed sheet of aluminum. The artist's rendition is then burned at 400º to fuse the image to the aluminum. A wall hanger is attached to the rear so that the piece can be displayed in the office or home collection quickly. Jim Rode will sign the work unless you request the signature on the back of the aluminum.
